What are your candles made from?

Our candles are made from 100% all natural soy wax and premium oils. We do not use any addatives, fillers or pollutants.

All of our packaging is made from sustainable products and our ingredients are eco-friendly and safe for you, your family and pets!

We make our candles in small batches to ensure top quality and performance throughout.

How long will my candle last?

Our 9 oz. candles will typically last anywhere between 40-50 hours, depending on your burning habits.

What makes all natural soy candles different?

Soy wax is a natural byproduct derived from the soy bean. It's a non-synthetic, sustainable and eco-friendly wax, which is great for you and even better for the Earth!

Soy wax burns much cleaner than its parrafin counterparts. Our wax contains zero toxins, carcinogens or pollutants - resulting in a clean and healthy burn.

Soy wax burns much cooler than parrafin wax. This means that soy wax will last much longer than your standard candle. You get to enjoy our candles much longer!

Since soy wax has a lower melting point than parrafin, there will be a larger wax pool surrounding the wick. A larger wax pool means a much stronger scent!

How can you tell if a candle is of high quality?

Some key characteristics to look out for are;

No sooting or black smoke as the candle is burning. Sooting is when black carbon solidifies on the sides of the container.

A consistent flame while burning. The flame should not be dancing around wildly as if it had too much to drink at their friends wedding.

The cold throw should be strong enough to get a full sense of the aroma composition with a normal inhale. The hot throw should be strong enough to fill a standard sized bedroom, kitchen or living room.

A high quality soy candle should burn significantly longer than a mainstream parrafin candle.

Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?

Typically, it takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. It will usually take between 5-7 business days - depending on your shipping options - to recieve your order.

As this is a rough estimate, please allow for a grace period to recieve your order. Due to supply chain issues, courier shipping times may be disrupted.

Can I change the shipping destination after I place my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit a shipping address after an order has been placed, as our shipping process is automated. If an error is made, please contact us immidiately at info@breezii.ca.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to an error at checkout.

Candle Care

What are some tips for properly burning my candle?

First things first, make sure your candle is in a safe place before burning. Ensure that no flammable material is near the candle and the candle is on a flat, even surface. Ensure that all packaging material has been removed before lighting.

After each burn remember to trim your wick to between 1/8" and 1/4" in length. We recommend using a wick trimmer.

You should allow your candle to burn for at least one hour or until there is a full melt pool.

Burn your candle for a maximum of four hours to avoid excessive heat or the possibility of sooting on the container.

Never burn a candle that is not in clear sight. Being a flamable product, there is always a possibilitiy of a fire. Burn your candle responsibly.

How long should I burn my candle for?

We recommend burning your candle for at least one hour or until the candle has reached a full melt pool. This is when the melted wax reaches all sides of the container.

By doing this, you'll avoid any tunnelling. Tunnelling is when the wick burrows into the candle due to incomplete burns. When that happens you lose that wax, shortening the life of your candle.

Does my candle have an expiry?

No, they do not have an expiry date; however, they should be stored out of direct sunlight and at a cool temperature to maintain their scent throw.

It's recommended to burn your candle within 2 years for the best results.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Although we truly hope this is not the case, if you're unhappy with your order we can take a return on unused or lightly used products.
